On A side, "Extinction Level Event" delivers a divine electrocore fury based upon a fast rhythmic, some furious industrial tonalities, a fearsome vocoder and an overstatement of wonderful apocalyptic strings. "Rock The Beat" goes on in a less aggressive register, sampling some of the Monotone USA 04 ("I Am The Enemy") main vocals. The dancefloor focused "Hiding The Pain" opens the flip with a loud bass line enhanced by a superb analogical synthesizer and lots of melancholic lyrics. At last, "Electro Tek", co-written with Trevor Rockwell and already published in 2004 on "The Future Sound Of Breaks" CD compilation, serves a magnificent old school production, that turns into a captivating masterpiece when a melody a la Anthony Rother appears.
