Follwing the review "Night Glow" mix (Submix032), Q-Man contacted me and I had been very surprised to discover that he has launched his own net label dedicated to mixes: Zerinnerung ! Some minutes later, the first mix was playing in my Winamp... Wow, what a mix! The components are nearly the same as on "Night Glow" (minimal, dubby & deep techno / house, electronica & ambient and even some electro à la Bpitch Control!) but the tracks are even more beautiful. A rich, atmospheric and very class mix that is strictly essential. The mix #2 is only base on works by Jason Corder. It contains some tracks with rhythm and then it turns toward ambient. The mix #3 by DJ L'embrouille is darker, harder and faster. About the very last one, "Detection Of Distraction" by Jonny Jay, it's again a mix that must not be missed: some minimal, groovy & pumpin' house including many tracks released by known artists we already enjoy on vinyl: René Breitbarth, Hakan Lidbo, Jeff Bennett, Dialogue, Eloi Brunelle, Dapayk or Mateo Murphy for example. Don't waste time and directly go to download these mixes since they are available for free!! Finally, I would have only one comment to add: can't wait for the next one! :)
