Authors of a rain of 12's and albums on Mikrolux, Twilight 76 and Elektrolux, Electronic Corporation label owners invest excellent German structure Science City for a very high flight four tracks EP. Composed of Rene Kirchner and Ive Müller, the brilliant Dortmund duo signs here a fearsome old school electro production, with the image of "Boy From The Other Side", the A side overture, marked by beautiful Detroit influences, an ultra funky bass line and some heading lyrics. If "Synthetic Lights" keeps on in a nearly identical register, some dark tonalities moreover, "Monochrome" and "Lifeform" introduce on the flip some vibrating 80's melodies under a remarkable rhythmic programming work. A dancefloor release fully equipped with soul and groove, to bring closer to the last experiments signed Dynamik Bass System or Sbassship on Dominance Electricity. Highly recommended!
