With a rhythm of one output per year, here is the second contribution of Daniel Lodig to the Austrian label of Viennese DJ Glow after the "Ghetto Of The Mind EP". As expected, Kurbel, Tension, Müller and Serotonin artist delivers a small electro pearl declined in seven titles fully equipped with sensitive and omnipresent funk. Alternating IDM tonalities, hip hop influences and jazzy digressions, "Derailed EP" offers almost as many bleepy experimental tracks ("Derailed ", "Move Ya", "Interspecht", "Dirty Talk") that offensive cuts focused on the dancefloor ("Is It Fresh", "Theme", "Rotten Roll"). A pretty EP mixing soul, loops and creativity. Hats off!
