V/A – The 9th Strike – Giant & Dwarf Records 09

An excellent release gathering as usual well known producers and newcomers. On the flip, Ogi (Holzplatten, Northwest Dynamics) and Placid appear for the first time solo on the German structure to offer two aggressive hits for obscure warehouses. Brilliant.

A nice package and many contrasts from this American artist who brings an industrial, pop, punk, hip-hop or even hardcore blending. Lyrics on almost all tracks, a voice sounding like Skinny Puppy and often surprising atmospheres (lo-fi / computer-sounds, saturations, etc). Massive, noisy, relaxing, absorbing, amazing! Check it!!
