In turn Breakbeat ("I'm Diggin' It"), Bigbeat ("The Scortcher ", "Chaser", "Time Swing", "Parcheesy", "I'm Not Jokin'", "Left To Right"), Electro ("I Go Around The World", "Sling Shot", "Do You Hear It", "Here Comes"), Downtempo ("I Am The Earth", "The Real Pro") or Ambient ("A Day At The Beach", "Mezcla"), this brilliant CD covers all the musical genres, from the 60's rock'n'roll to 90-92 acid trance passing by the Jean Michel Jarre's electronica to the latino sounds or the hip hop of the mid 80's. If the influences can appear broad and eclectic, the general tonality of the album remains unchanged, melancholic from the beginning to the end thanks to the exploitation of analogical vintage synthesizers. Scratches, panpipes, guitars, movie as of interview samples (the voice of Holzpatten mastermind Norbert Wiescholleck aka Brixton on "Time Swing") come that and there to supplement an absolutely vibrating and essential work.
