Author of two titles on Holzplatten 51, Marcus Stork regularly publishes his charts on atome. Associated to Eric Prydz on A side, Swedish artist delivers here the longplayer version of its excellent "Bass-Ism" title. Percussive rhythm, sad and flying strings, some components re-used on the B side cut "Last Departure", a heading slaughter in which the Stockholm based producer lets burst his American groovy influences. Björn Bommersheim and Brixton join their efforts to sign a "Reism" particularly dancefloor punctuated by whirling tribal sonorities. Pure happiness to play!

Follow up to the "Urlaub EP" published on Holzplatten 75 at the end of 2004, "Doraemont" sees the return of the German pair made up of Ramon Zenker (half of Hardfloor) and Brixton for an efficient two trackers EP! On A side, the clubkiller "Takekoputa" celebrates a highly dancefloor tech' house marked by pumping tribal tonalities and some groovy slightly aggressive distortions. On the flip, "Dokodemo-Doa", more traditional in the construction, offers a beautiful juxtaposition of US influenced strings. A excellent 12" on behalf of two legends.

This is a full length album from the only Italian producer on Gigolo's roster. In his first LP, Andriano Canzian delivers a selection of 16 sensual and extremely provocative electro tracks. Dark and dirty beats are coupled with menacing acid loops in an obvious subversive fashion. Almost in every track, Andriano uses his trademark vocoded robotic voice samples which are mainly focused in sexuality and music. Just be careful guyz and girlz because this kind of music is beyond taboos and social conformism. After all, that's what Gigolo describes as "crazy electro porno"... Just excellent!

Here is the second album of the French band Tara King th. The 11 tracks are evolving between downtempo and electro pop. Even if most of them are slow, dark and melancholic, some of them bring lot of power thanks to the use of big basses. The sound production and arrangements are perfect.
