Obviously, this superb compilation will remind you of another one, released in 2002 on Psi49net label, in future classic "Electro Commando : Welcome To Psicity". Once again instigated by Anthony Rother now on his young Datapunk structure, "In Electro We trust" tries hard to reduce barriers between electro and techno by selecting some of the best European and US artists implicated in both musical registers. Representing all the different faces of current electro, this dancefloor focused triple pack alternates awesome works from confirmed talents as Dr. Scissors, Carl Finlow, The Advent, Larry McCormick, Johannes Heil, The Hacker, Alexander Kowalski or Billy Nasty as well as experiments from upcoming producers (Rodent, Frequenzberater, Soundfreaks et TecRoc). Final result shows impressive coherence, with lots of melodies and accessible sounds. Incredible jewels appear here and there thanks to Larry McCormick, The Advent, Carl Finlow, Frequenzberater and Anthony Rother's combined efforts. Highly recommended!
